Volunteer Roles

Volunteer support is essential to the success of our Music Department and there are lots of ways you can lend a hand.

Hands-on Help

Many hands are needed to make sure our events run smoothly and our kids are encouraged and well cared for.
Opportunities include chaperoning performances, transporting equipment, providing meals, staffing the Shack during home football games, supporting fundraisers, and more. Signing up is easy and volunteering is FUN!

Pulling off a successful year of performances, learning, and competition requires several moving parts.
In addition to one-time volunteering opportunities, you can play an important role in planning and organizing through committee work:

Help build awareness and communicate with the broader community through our website, monthly newsletter, and social media.

Support current fundraising events and initiatives and build new events to help meet fundraising goals.

Help organize, plan and execute our primary music department events, including the marching band banquet and indoor color guard and percussion show.
